We bought an Acura MDX, the whole process was so easy and smooth, Wyatt Thorson is an awesome Salesman. We told him our wants, he found the vehicle, sent a few pics, then he made a video of a walk around with all the features of the vehicle inside and out. it was so very professionally done. We had a wonderful experience buying our vehicle at Acura of Johnston! Our salesman, Alex, took good care of us in helping us to make our purchase. Shortly after buying, we had some weird issues pop up and they got us right in and fixed everything up for us! They loaned us a vehicle while they were working on ours. They made sure to get ours functioning well so we could feel great about our new purchase and transporting our children in it!

Although the car didn't quite meet our needs Susie was never pushy whatsoever during our visit. She was open and honest, which was something we didn't experience at other dealerships in town. I bought an MDX there is 2011 and have used your service department ever since for my MDX and other cars. I had a really bad experience with the sales team there about 4 yrs ago so not sure if buy another vehicle there, but trust and appreciate Scott and will continue to use the service department there as long as he is there.
