Jimmy's orientation to our new MDX was outstanding. Awesome experience, I called after hours on a Friday night thinking I would leave a message and a offer on a car. To my surprise, Johnnie answered the phone we ironed out the deal over the phone. Caryl was very helpful from the beginning to end. She spent several days going over options of used vehicles that fit in our budget after our previous vehicle was totaled. Ultimately after a lot of back and forth we ended up purchasing a new vehicle that was sitting in the showroom. Her patience while going back and forth over a couple days was noteworthy and we ended up very satisfied with our decision.

We came into this feeling very defeated due to the previous 2 major local dealerships trying to screw us over on a very basic trade-in and used SUV purchase. What we got at Acura of Johnston was a friendly, transparent atmosphere with no sales gimmicks. It restored our faith that there are still good salespeople and dealerships around that you can work with so that both parties leave having won at the end of the day. Recently had a great experience working with Drake Montour. From the beginning phone call, was very attentive to driving away in our new car! Was polite, patient, and great to talk to. The finance department was great to work with, explaining things and stayed later to accommodate. It was honestly a nice experience.
Brought my 2023 TLX in for services with multiple alert lights on. Kaleb was my advisor and great with communication. Once they got the error code figured out, they tested a used sensor to ensure it was the problem and got a new replacement sensor put in the next day.
