• Determines the power distribution between the front and rear wheels based on wheel speed, angle, and yaw rate.
• Improves fuel economy by sending up to 90% of power to the front wheels when cruising down a straight road.
• Shifts weight towards the rear wheels when accelerating, helping drivers gain more traction.
• Sends 70% of torque to the rear wheels and applies it exclusively to the outside wheel as weight is shifted when accelerating on a curve.
• Increases stability by revolving the outside rear wheel faster than the others to help the vehicle through a turn.

This list excludes three models in the Acura lineup: the Acura Integra, the Acura Integra Type S DE5, and the Acura ZDX. Neither Integra model offers SH-AWD®, and the all-electric Acura ZDX offers something a little different. As an electric model, the Acura ZDX instead uses an innovative dual-motor electric Acura AWD system, which acts differently from the Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™.
